Support Group Sector Networking – Connection Starts Here!
At Alike WA, we believe that support group leaders are truly alike — we all have valuable experiences and insights to share! Networking and connection are key to growing as a community, which is why we’re committed to bringing leaders and facilitators together to exchange ideas, share best practices, and support one another through common challenges.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of networking events designed to bring group leaders and facilitators together. These events focus on specific topics relevant to your work and often feature guest speakers or facilitators who dive deep into key areas of interest.

Looking to connect with other support group leaders in your community? Our Peer Support Networks are place-based initiatives that offer a welcoming space for leaders to network, share information, and access training and education that directly supports their work in the local community. Held quarterly, these meetings help build stronger connections between local groups, with a strong focus on addressing place-based needs and finding solutions together.
Our Engagement Team are here to guide you every step of the way, from brainstorming ideas to submitting your application. Get in touch with us via email at grants@connectgroups.org.au or give us a call at (08) 9364 6909.
