In addition to intense grief, there are many new life challenges that widowhood brings. The Young Widowed Support Group is open to both men and women to join. The group connection can assist widowed people by reducing the feelings of isolation in grief by connecting with other widowed peers who 'get it'. This can make such a difference to the widowhood journey. The group offers a respectful, empathetic and supportive space where thoughts and experiences can be shared without the fear of judgement. The group is a free community group and open to young widowed people only.
