At Empowered Connections, we are a dedicated capacity building organisation providing resources, mentoring and groups that help people with disability thrive. Our spaces help people with disability, their families and allies connect, build camaraderie and share stories that inspire.
Based in Perth, Western Australia our peer network operates across the state, offering face to face and digital meetings. Our mentors are family leaders, who generously share their stories of lived experience to inspire, motivate and build shared learning. We are focused on carving pathways to inclusion so that people with disability can live a life of purpose, meaning and inclusion.
