We are a group of carers (predominantly with children or grandchildren on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities) who felt a caring community for carers needed to be created, so here we are.
Our aim is to provide carers with the opportunity to meet others who may be in a similar situation, to create a space where experiences can be shared and to enable carers to invest in their own health and well-being.
We come together fortnightly in the northern suburbs to have a cuppa, share information and undertake fun activities that support our health and well-being.
Donations help cover the costs of the activities and morning tea.
Everyone receives an open-hearted welcome.
We would love for you to join us.
