Linking Together is a peer support group for carers. We offer support in a social format to give carers a well-earned break from their caring role in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Meetings are held on the 2nd or 3rd Thursday of each month 12:00pm - 1:30pm at Midland/Guilford.
