Beacon Launch + Rare Disease Day

Celebrating community, connection, and the launch of Beacon — supporting individuals and families living with rare, genetic, and undiagnosed conditions.

Aligned with Rare Disease Day 2026, this event brought together community members, advocates, and supporters to recognise and celebrate people living with rare, genetic, and undiagnosed conditions.

The day also marked the launch of Beacon, an online space for West Australians living with, or caring for someone with, a Rare, Genetic or Undiagnosed condition. This gallery captures moments from the evening, including the unveiling of Beacon as well as the panel discussion,  Beyond the Gaps: Lighting the Future of Rare and Undiagnosed Care.
